At IGirl World, we want you to be obsessed with your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
